I focus on business process automation, business process management, workflow and document management in the health care, financial, printing and related areas.

I am a results driven business analyst and production improvement expert with 15 years of line and staff management, including production, quality and project management in healthcare claims processing, high volume conventional and digital print facilities and high-volume transactional document scanning. I have a successful track record with start-up and turnaround situations and management of multi-million dollar profit centers and up to 150 employees. I have been formally recognized for my process improvement skills.
My skills include process mapping and improvement in service and manufacturing industries. I document current processes, determine how to improve and implement those improvements. I use tools and methodologies based on lean manufacturing principles, Theory of Constraints and continuous improvement.
If improvements should be IT driven, I can either create business requirements for developers or develop Microsoft Access or Visual Basic programs.

Equipment Purchases: Determining which equipment to purchase, validating ROI and performing quality and productivity studies.
Process Improvement: mapping process, data and physical flow to identify bottlenecks, determine inefficiencies, improve your processes and the bottom line.

Mass Balance Waste Analysis: Determining waste streams using the principle that “Total In = Total Out.”
Production Efficiency Toolbars: Comparing good production, waste, idle time and downtime to maximum output to determine how to improve efficiency.
